No, not a comment about the world financial markets or some obscure African tribe, but footpads! Last night I had to unpick a small one and start again, which was annoying, but then a big one went squint and I was really annoyed! Had to unpick that all, and tacked all 4 into place before starting again, which I’ve never done before, but the knit backing of that pad made it so hard on the thumb to get the right tension, it was the only way to go. It’s worked, thankfully, so I may just do it again in future, so I guess it was a learning experience…
