You’re Awesome!

Julie, over at The Intrepid Thread, has declared today ‘You are awesome and I am too‘ day, and Di, from Random Thoughts Do Or “Di”, has bought right into this, and posted her son’s Christmas song for his nieces and nephews “I’m Awesome”, which I thought I’d share with you here:

So to celebrate the awesomeness of the day, I thought it was the perfect day to post about my Pay It Forward gifts.

I am actually in TWO PIF rounds, firstly, with Annabella at Life’s Rich Pattern, where I was lucky to jump in quickly 20 mins after she posted, and secondly with Scott at Blue Nickel Studios (yeah, I couldn’t believe there hadn’t been hundreds leaping on that one by the time I came across it a couple of hours after he posted it!)

Now here’s the rules (copied from Scott’s blog):

1. I’ll make something handmade for the first 6 people who comment on this post (as I’m in two rounds). What I make will be a surprise and will arrive to you when you least expect it. Doesn’t everyone love a surprise?
2. I have 365 days to make and deliver it to you. But there’s a little catch, to get a handmade giftie from me, you have to play too! This means you take the pledge to send something handmade to 3 of your blog readers. It doesn’t have to be a quilt, just something handmade! Easy right?
3. As stated in #2 you have to have a blog.
4. Once you comment here, you have to post about Pay it Forward on your blog and keep it going!

    I'm not commenting to sign up! (I'd be too worried about getting three people to sign up since about four people read my blog, and one of them is you. Heh.) I'm just commenting to say: I support you in your PIF endeavors! 😀

    I read this this morning and for some reason, my brain didn't take it in that you were offering up your pay it forward on this post. I thought you were just talking about the ones that you were in. proof that I probably shouldn't read blog posts before I get out of bed.

    I've never taken part in a pay it forward but I think I would like to now.

    Darn it missed out again after rushing over from Kat's blog! Ah well maybe it is just as well as I am a bit pre-occupied and wouldn't want to leave it till the last minute – which I would!
