I’ve been feeling rather guilty the last day or two, not commenting on some of my friends’ blogs. It’s not that I don’t love them, just that I really don’t love their Fugly Fabric, and, well, there were threats of having some delivered if you dared to make a comment ;o) If you fancy giving a good home to some unloved fabric, however, pop over to see the linky party that Lucy’s hosting.

Weigh In Progress:
Weight loss goal: 26 lbs / 11.8 kg
Stage: 3 weeks complete
Week’s loss: 2 lbs (0.9 kg)
Total loss: 13 lbs (5.9 kg)
Distance to goal: 13 lbs / 5.9 kg
Exercise done: Running up and down the escalators at the station x 5
Walking up and down the 120 stairs at work x 9 round trips, plus multiple little jaunts between the 3 floors we work on
Walk to/from work: 5 @ 8 miles (12.8 km) total and @ 2 1/2 hrs total
Lunchtime walks x 2 @ 45 mins solid walking, plus 2 shorter times
Total time exercising: about 4 hours walking
Now that things have calmed down a bit, and I have nowhere I have to be for several weekends, I’m going to break the Wii Fit out again. Although I don’t have a hard and fast target date, I’d like to have shifted the remaining 13lbs in the next 6 weeks or so in time for my trip to Ireland. Hopefully I can keep up the 2lbs a week now that I’m in phase 2 of the diet…

You go girl! Keep up the good work and that weight will come right off!
Woo hoo – you`ve lost nearly a stone! You`ll be slithering under the door when we see you in June. Not offended that you don`t like my fuglies..*sniff*
Woot! Great job with your exercise! 🙂
Glad to see you out of fugly enforced hiding… lol
I think I need to say Piece!!! be with YOU with all that exercise, sewing, working and weight loss.
Love and Hugs

you must be feeling fantastic losing neary 6K – it'll be very noticeable – well done you..
No fugly fabric here 🙂
I love the orange fabric with the birds!
Great job this week! 2 lbs is awesome. You blow me away with your weekly exercise… man oh man… that's lot of exercise!
work it, girl! a loss is awesome! p.s. love the ipad cover- that fabric is great.
Hey, well done all round. Love the fabric on that iPad cover – very very cool.
I feel quite exhausted – I need some cake! I also feel very guilty – I haven't done any exercise for a fortnight – I think my circulation has come to a grinding halt.

Are you Wonder Woman in disguise? No, really, are you? I promise not to tell.
Amazing work as always. I want to be exactly like you when I grow up. 🙂
Well done!! I'm in awe, no doubt like everyone else who knows you. Talented and able to loose weight, now, that is impressive! I've noticed the fugly fabric business and you have to wonder why people have fugly fabric in their stash. Why would a person deliberatly buy such a thing? I personally have nothing but beautiful fabric. Lots and lots of beautiful fabrics. Keep up the good work. Hugs
So it's safe to comment here? I'm very impressed with the exercise 120 steps? I'm out of breath after 26!!!!
That's a great loss this week! The Wii fit is a great idea, I should dig mine out of the cupboard I think!
