Have I mentioned recently that I’m about to go on a really big holiday? ;o) I know, you’re all rapidly going off me, but I’d like to remind you that you all tortured me with your summer holiday pics earlier in the year… (well most of you did) Anyway, although I’m starting off at Sewing Summit, Laura and I are then leaping in a camper van we’ve hired and heading off into the wide blue yonder (or something like that). Here’s a little preview of where we’re off to:
Arches & Canyonlands National Parks:
Mesa Verde National Park:
Monument Valley National Park:
Sedona:
Grand Canyon National Park:
Mojave National Park:
Las Vegas:
Bryce Canyon National Park:
In between, Laura has pinned every quilt shop under the sun, and I added in 1 frozen yoghurt place and an abandoned village I wanted to stop and take photos at. We might have slightly different priorities here, but at least we should be fit by the end of it! Most of the campsites we’ve booked into have wifi, so I’ll try and give updates here and there as we go both here and on Jack’s blog, but you’ll hopefully understand if I’m not commenting during that time! If anything major happens to anyone, e-mail me (unless it’s another glorified rat that’s arrived in your house Susan ;o) )
That all looks seriously splendid!
Enjoy.x
nope, still not even a little bit envious. *waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!*

Have a wonderful wonderful trip! Can't wait to hear all about your adventures.
So tell me, did you pick all the spots because they have good colour palettes? Maybe you should get a temporary iphone so that you can make it a hot spot and then you will have internet on the road?
Can't wait to see pics! Hope you have a lot of fun in our neck of the woods! Haven't actually been to those places–just flown over them quite a bit!

My parents LOVE the desert, so that's pretty much where we traveled when I was a kid. I've been to pretty much everywhere on your list! Bryce Canyon is AMAZING. Definitely do some hiking there. You're going to have such a fun time!
I hope you are having an absolutely wonderful time Katy!
