I’m starting to feel like The Little Engine That Could, ‘I think I can, I think I can, I think I can…’ Now I’ve got the ‘biggies’ out of the way, it’s time to get all the little things done.
First up for tonight is Susan’s Stitch Tease block that I have to take to give to Danny. It’s a bit of a behemoth size wise, but shouldn’t be too difficult, and I have a plan on how to accomplish it…
For my next trick, I will be assembling my infinity blanket from these fabrics:
For Saturday my plan is to get my Meghan tunic made out of this fabric, along with finishing up the dresses.
For Sunday I have an infinity scarf or two out of these fabrics:
Plus I have a pile of cutting for my Shapes & Angles class at Sewing Summit. This class and the Maxi Skirt are my only hands on classes where I have to bring something, and while I was tempted to just buy fabric on the shop hop and cut it over there, I thought that may be winging it a bit too much (not least because I won’t have a big ruler with me) I’m swithering a bit on the fabric choice, but I have a bit of an idea, as I think I have a plan on what to do with what we make afterwards…
I think I can, I think I can, I think I can…
you can!!!!
I know you can! I'd love to go fabric shopping with you. You always make such fab choices.
That really is a manageable list there Katy.
Glad to see my block at the top of the list. 😉

Of course you can, but I did wonder what you were doing in a shapes and angels class?! Think id better have an early night!
Hi Katy,

I would love to see a tunic in that fab Melody Miller print … if it is lovely I will be ordering some myself!
I know you can, and I'm sure by now, you are already a block down and a blanket ahead! Here's to a busy weekend, and a final, plan for your skirt!

Of course you can!! 😉
I plan to make a tunic, too, but I am going to have to kick myself in the (ample) posterior to bring myself to add long sleeves. However, autumn arrived here today; definitely COOL. Gotta get my zip bag done for the swap, too. Btw, I love your fabric choices. Hugs, Cat
Easy peasy 😉
I'm exhausted just thinking what you ahve to accomplish. Bon courage!
I know you can, I know you can, I know you can
