Well I did it, I got my Secret Santa done as far as I could by last night, so today I allowed myself to play with my Winterkist. I’ve had a fun and leisurely afternoon slicing and dicing, and here’s the first 20″ block:
I’ve got 3/4 of another one in black done as well, which should be done before dinner, and then I’ll start working my way through the colours. In the end I should have 12 blocks, and then I have a fun sashing and cornerstone plan too :o)
What have you been up to today? I’ hope you’ve had the chance for some play time too amidst the seasonal madness!
Love your block, those are my favourite prints 😉
Great plan, the block is so fun.
Cool block, and are you feeling better?
