Work In Progress Wednesday

Whew, it’s been a busy week this week, between going down to my parents at the weekend and a number of leaving dos from the current job, but I did manage to get my Winterkissin’ quilt top done.  I also got started on my commission bear having picked up the fur from my gran’s (where it had been posted to) at the weekend on my way home from mum and dad’s.

Finishes This Week: 

Err, none, sorry!

In Progress This Week:

Winterkissin’ – top done, back to finish

Commission bear – pattern worked out, ready to be transferred to the fur

To Be Worked On This Week: 

Commission bear – get him onto the fur, cut out, trimmed and tacked

Test blocks for a couple of things

Stitch Tease block – I’ve got the fabrics pulled and the pattern worked out now…

    Oh I love your Winterkissin'! It's one of those fabric lines I wish I had got at the time. Beautiful fun quilt. Can't wait to see it quilted!

    No finish makes you human. Yeah, because I was wondering how you get so much done and keep a job, do home repairs, etc., etc.

    I'd think the quilt top counts as a finish. If I get a block made that's a finish for me. I can't wait to see the bear. You are going to show him to us aren't you?
