I’ve still been battling the ick this last week, and my parents were up, so we went on a jolly to Millport for the day on Saturday with my gran (because you don’t need a voice to go to the seaside), but at least I did manage to get my July bee blocks done, and before the end of the month too! This weekend, I’m looking forward to the first weekend in over 10 weeks where I don’t have anywhere to be, and no-one is coming to take me anywhere, so who knows what will happen creatively, I’ll be giddy with all the free time ;o)
Finishes This Week:
Brit Bee block for July:
Stitch Tease block for July (photos on Friday)
In Progress This Week:
Actually, I didn’t work on anything else this particularly tangible week…
To Be Worked On This Week:
I might play with a little Pooh, or maybe a little Liberty
Jammy bottoms from FQR
Linking up, as ever, to:
Hope you had a lovely day in Millport, it is years since I have been there!
Love this curvy bee block – looks v technical. Seeing your post of the inspiration design and also having seen Hadley's block I think this quilt will be a winner!
It makes me giggle whenever you call it "the ick" … for some reason, I thought that was a sheep disease. Oh! I know! It's a fish disease, isn't it?
This is an incredible block Katy – I'd definitely want at least three more like it. 😉
