With Brit Bee taking a break this month, the only blocks I had to make were for Stitch Tease where Jennifer gave us this palette:
To make this block from the Summer Sampler series that Lee, Faith and Katie ran a couple of summers ago:

And here’s what I came up with:
I have come to the conclusion that I am the slowest fabric cutter in the world, because it took me hours to cut all the pieces for these, although the sewing wasn’t too bad. Striking this one off the list for a full sized quilt then ;o)
they look great! Sorry they took so long! haha
That's why she got you lot to do it! They look great though!
Fabulous blocks! You could always get bees to do them 😉
I agree, the cutting is time consuming but the sewing was easy with the psoer pieced instructions. Lovely blocks.
Gorgeous blocks!
Gorgeous blocks but the kind I'd make a dogs breakfast of so wouldn't go near.
That'll be the perfect Bee block then; the ones you would never contemplate making a whole quilt of yourself!
I like these set in the grey background…makes those colours pop…
Beautiful! Definitely one to keep for a bee then? Jxo
I agree, those are time consuming blocks. I made one for a bee and that was it!
they look fab, but we're back to bias edges! well done for sticking with it!
Wonderful blocks! They are so bright and happy and I love that background color!
Well that is a quilt you can tick off of the list then, unless of course you decide to get mean in a Bee 🙂
Beautiful blocks so colourful and smile inspiring – happy sewing x
We should have a snail-like cutting contest… I bet I'd win! (As in, I'd cut slower) :>
You may be striking this off the list but it sure is striking!
