Selfish Sewing Scarves

I may have bought these fabrics around this time last year, but I finally got round to making myself the scarves I’d always planned for them.  It’s handy how the AMH velveteen goes so nicely with the Amy Butler voile to create infinity scarf #1:

And then the 2 voiles themselves (one of which previously escaped the camera), being from the same line, go rather nicely too for scarf #2:

Along with last year’s scarves that I did in AMH voile and flannel in time for SS, I should be all set for a nice warm neck this year!

    Love the scarves. Just seeing the Selfish Sewing Week thing–what a great idea! I'll have to plan ahead next year! (or just schedule in a few weeks of my own here and there)

    Love both those infinity scarves. Yes- you're going to have a warm and stylish neck for winter.

    I've been selfishly binding the biggest quilt in the universe this weekend (and selfishly taking Nanna naps when I get bored )

    They are lovely, I have some of the voile but no velveteen. As for selfish sewing – I wish!
