Was one of your Finish Along goals for this quarter to get a tutorial published? Well we still have a couple of spots open in the first week in April if you’d like to volunteer.
The only conditions are:
- That these are new tutorials, not previously published elsewhere
- You can publish them on your own blog after tutorial week is done here
Tutorials can be anything from theories behind why we do things, to how to do a technique, to how to make something, even how to calculate something. As an example, tutorials from last year included:

You got home quick Katy! Or is this a clever pre-programmed post?! Thank you for showing my tute above. I'd love to do something new for you but as you know I don't have enough time right now! Maybe next quarter 🙂 So great to see you today!
uurgh, I am a follower rather than a leader – look forward to reading the tutes though
I'd like to take a shot at it! Been working on a tutorial to share anyhow, and it involves one of my FAL Q1 projects anyways! April you say….marking my calendar now!
If I wrote you a tutorial people all over the world would have to start taking anti anxiety meds…I cant read patterns let alone write one that's readable by others…Im sure some clever person will be along shortly though to take you up on your offer…
Let me ponder for the end of Q2 x
You've got a great line up of tutorials!! I'll keep my thinking cap on for one for a future date.
You have some good tutorials happening. Good luck, and I hope you are feeling better.
I'm looking forward to seeing all the tutorials. If you have a hole, I am happy to help but would rather see someone else's tutorials first.
Lovelyo see some stepping up!! I'll just happily take rather than give!
If you have any spots left for a tutorial, I was thinking of writing one about matching binding and using color block binding like I just did for my Riley Blake Challenge.
Depending on the date, I am working on a lone star tutorial…
Ooooh, I'm excited to see the tutorials!
