Well I may have shopped til I dropped on Saturday, but I did do some sewing on Sunday. I decided that I needed something that was fast and didn’t require thought. My brain has been a tad over-taxed of late, so a nice giant plus quilt sounded like the best way to use up an unwanted half yard bundle on a charity quilt. I finished the top on Monday night, and last night I spent playing with my new Christmas toys in my new white room to try and get some photos. Towards the end of last week I did get some of the rainbow quilted, but I really cricked my neck on Saturday morning when I tried to look at my alarm clock, and the pain of quilting further meant it’s been banished for a few days.
Finishes This Week:

In Progress This Week:
Giant Pear Tree Plusses – I need to play with the lights a bit more, but my patience was running out, and it was dinner time ;o):
The Rainbow (yes, still no new photos, it’s still a surprise ;o) )

Making a top this week is great going!! And it looks beautiful!! WIP Wednesday wouldn't be same if there wasn't that stack of rainbow fabrics. I hope your neck gets better soon.

I have that peartree fabric. It's one that I initially loved then thought 'what the heck do I do with it'? 🙂 The greens worked well for me but I'm struggling with the blues…
