Hi to anyone visiting from The Village Haberdashery today *waves*
So I was off again last week with the ongoing bronchitis, but was back to work today. In the meantime I actually did manage to get some bee block sewing in, when I wasn’t hiding away with my Brit Bee buddies for the weekend. Actually I got a ton of sewing done there as we behaved like a real live proper bee. I didn’t get the rainbow done. I ended up attacking it with a seam ripper, so it needs another go at it. Again. Ugh.
Finishes This Week:
Firstly it’s time for another of the pixellated wonders with Hadley’s Brit Bee Medallion border:
Then it was March’s Modern Bee blocks for Di (with apologies for shocking lighting):
And Helen’s Stitch Tease blocks. There were 2 of these, but the other one (in different fabrics) really isn’t working for me, so I’ll make a third one:
And finally, the sashed results of Saturday’s sewing
In Progress This Week:
Is it progress when you go backwards?!
To Be Worked On This Week:
I need to look at my FAL list and see where I need to start panicking!
Linking up, as ever, to:
I am not attempting to decipher your pixellation.
Love the plus blocks and the economy block in a block is very bright and cheerful.
Love your Village Hab clutch – not sure I want to tackle the leather tho', much too scary for me! Juliex
I found a website that depixilates pictures, that medallion border looks awesome!! Lots of great blocks too, you've been busy!!
Great projects, I love those red, blue and yellow blocks 🙂
Lovely works in progress Katy…even the pixellated version.
I think the rainbow project just might be doomed….
You certainly have been busy in your time off work.I do hope you are starting to feel better and no relapses please.
Hugs Kay
Wow! Saturday's sewing is gorgeous! The rest of the blocks are too!
Is the pixelated wonder improv piecing? The shapes seem almost regular enough to have been cut to size, though. I do like the play of the colors and shapes.
Alas no, just regular squares!
I think going backwards is okay, at least you're still moving!
Really, you have no better photo for that rainbow project??? I'm with Shah it is beginning to sound doomed!

Love the pixilated colours, and the blocks, hope the rainbow is improving x
love your sashed blocks!
