So I happen to have in my hot, sticky little mitts possession an extra copy of the latest issue of Quilt Now. Issue 2 has recently hit the shelves here in the UK, and should soon be hitting Pink Castle Fabrics in the US, but how would you like a chance to win one without having to dig into your pocket to fork over the cash?
Issue 2 has a nautical theme and is full of all sorts of patterns from quilts to bags, including this one by yours truly:
Quilt Now also always comes with full sized pattern pieces, and this month includes a free 6″ ruler.
I am happy to post this out to anywhere in the world, and may even find a little something else to throw in too…

The calming colours of nautical themes always soothe me …must confess I think jmj's comment above is actually very creative !
I think sailboats are lovely on a nautical themed item, especially a quilt for a little boy.
I love the ocean and all of its glory. I love the combination of navy and white.

I love the red and blue combo and anything that has a beach feel to it especially shells and the ocean,
I'm not familiar with this magazine and I love checking out new items for quilters. Definitely fond of magazines. And fond of all things Nautical. For me, while I enjoy all nautical colors, there is something cool and crisp about blues/whites with a nautical theme. And they all just remind me of fun, fishing, summer, relaxing.

On holiday at this very moment, looking out on an azure sea and creamy sands all under a perfect Spring sky…..and loving it!!
