Is it that time of the week again?  This week seems to have flown in!  On Saturday I enjoyed a brief respite between rain spells with a walk into town to pick up a couple of fat quarters from the Remnant Kings sale (well, okay, and to see if I could spot their Christmas selection.  I know, I know, too soon, but I have orders!).  I came back past the Merchant City Fair, which had loads of glorious smells wafting from the numerous food stalls from all over Europe.  I escaped with some cheese and a little savoury twist for my lunch, and my phone told me I’d walked over 7,500 steps by the time I got home, so I got a warm fuzzy glow as well.  Well, maybe that was sweat, but let’s gloss over that ;o)

On the sewing front I got the original MSW section completely sewn together.  I’d love to show you a photo, but I don’t have a wall quite big enough in the flat, and it’s been raining whenever I’ve been at work near my favourite multi storey car park photo location!  I’ve now moved onto the extension panel which I designed to go at the bottom.  For the most part I’m reusing blocks from the original section, and I hope the whole thing will tie together nicely.
