Happy hump day! I’m currently a phlegmy, snotty mess (apologies for that visual if you were eating!) but the net effect has been that I didn’t venture out last weekend to get the replacement bit for my bag because really I wanted to stay home and nurse my germs. Since I didn’t have the bag to finish though, it did let me crack on with my Schnitzel & Boo Mini Quilt Swap until I was going a little bit cross eyed with paper pieced bits (64 sections in case you were wondering) My partner is remaining elusive, but I hope it fits the bill (and apologies to my partner if I’ve missed you too!)
Finishes This Week:
Niet
In Progress This Week:
This is what 64 paper pieced mini sections look like:
And this is what the 16 different sections sewn together look like (the colours are more accurate here from the camera):
And now I have a half sewn together as of last night but there were a lot of swear words at one particular junction in that half, so I didn’t take its photo as punishment ;o)
To Be Worked On This Week:
Get the bag done
Finish the mini top without more swear words
Start on my project for Poppies & Polka Dots
Hope you all have a great week! Linking up with Lee and the gang:
Good that you put your foot down with a heavy hand over that photo
Love your bright colors!
happy hump day to you too
Sorry you are snotty, but that paper piecing looks pretty bee-you-ti-flu! Hope you feel better soon.
Be gone yucky bugs! Lovely colours in your swap quilt … I hope your partner shows their hand soon, that can be frustrating.
You'll have to get out less. I expect it was a French bug not happy with the result on Sunday 🙂 Take care. As for the colours, I hope everyone has a calibrated screen so they can enjoy them in their glory – the colours I mean.

Good luck with the stitching without swear words, let us know how that works out 🙂
Hope you are feeling much better soon. A few hours in front of the TV this weekend watching prime examples of male flesh throwing an oval ball around and some medicinal alcohol should do the trick!
I'm with Fiona, alcohol always works!
Hope you feel better soon
Happy belated hump day., lucky germs to have you to nurse them 😉 your mini swap is looking so fab!
