I’m pleased to announce the first Thistle Patch Retreat, which will take place from the 3rd-6th November this year at Inchree, on the beautiful west coast of Scotland.

Full details of the retreat can be found here, but in the meantime let me tantalise you a bit with some of the local scenery while I give you some edited highlights.

After a journey through the western Highlands, the weekend will start on the afternoon of Friday the 3rd November, where you can arrive any time after 3.  There’s a pub on site though, should you happen to be early, and a small bear may be joining you!

You may sew your own projects all weekend, but there will be 4 optional main classes, an optional evening class, a troubleshooting session and an optional walk (weather permitting).  Bring your own fabric, all other supplies will be provided.

The weekend will be fully catered by my assistants, along with tea/coffee/cake breaks.

Partner tickets are also available for anyone who wants to bring a friend to enjoy the fabulous outdoor activities in the area  – this will entitle them to dinner, bed and breakfast, and an optional guided walk one day (weather dependent).

Tickets are available for a one off payment or with 3 or 6 month payment plans, all links can be found at the bottom of the retreat page here.

I look forward to seeing some of you there!
