Do you ever have days where you can fly through cutting out a pattern, fusing any bits if relevant, and sewing it all up, and then other days when it feels like you’re plodding through a barrel of treacle? Well this weekend was kind of like that. On Saturday I was at the hairdressers in the morning and then over at my gran’s for lunch and the afternoon, but on Sunday I should theoretically have been able to cut and sew a good chunk of my next QN project. In reality I managed to cut the bits, and then sewed a piece so that I could do the video for Monday’s post and then… meh, who knows, maybe 3 loads of washing, breakfast and lunch for the week and the dishes wore me out?! I haven’t slept well the last few nights either, so both Monday and Tuesday evenings I’ve sat here yawning and not touching the machine. Maybe tonight? I hope you had a more productive week!
Finishes This Week:

In Progress This Week:
Last week’s mystery project has had some of the fabric bits cut out, any further ideas?
And this is the sum total of the sewing I got done, impressed? ;o)
To Be Worked On This Week:
- Pulling my finger out of my posterior and finishing my QN project (there’s more llamas in it)
- Working more on the commission
- Getting some sleep!
Hope you all have a great week!
Love the fussy cut lamas!
Now I’m seeing cats, or maybe it’s sharks, I can’t be sure which. ;0)
I’m having a great week of getting absolutely nothing accomplished. It’s this dang weather we’ve been having. We get a wee spot of sunny stuff then it’s back to being gray, dreary and wet.
Get some sleep and then get going on those projects so you don’t fall behind the rest of us. Teehee
