Ahh, this was a rather more relaxing week than last week, and I got to spend a fabulous day on Saturday sewing in Killearn with friends Sheila, Kim, Mary, Helen, Sally, Jean, Irene, Carol and Joyce, complete with a lovely view down to Loch Lomond from my machine.  This coming weekend is my gran’s 93rd birthday, so we’ll be partying til we drop ;o)

Finishes This Week:

I got my final Brit Bee block from this round done, we’re only, like 16 months or so behind schedule…  This block was designed by Hadley, UJ section from pattern by Molli Sparkles, and the colour choices are by Ange:

In Progress This Week:

At the retreat I started cutting 12″ Clammys from Cotton + Steel Picnic and basics bundles, and on Monday night I finished cutting the last of the 98 whole ones I need!  I still have the outer ones to cut, but I’m waiting on a fabric delivery later today for that.  Then I need to find a big floor or something to lay them all out o.O  Jack decided to peer over the so you could see the scale of the challenge:

To Be Worked On This Week:

  • I have a QN project to finish, it won’t take long, but I’m not feeling it right now and therefore have been procraftinating…
  • Cutting the outer Clammys
  • Cutting at least 1 other big print project that’s been lurking in the back of my mind, desperate to get out

Have a great week all!
