The boomerang snow is back again, enough already!  Is it spring yet? *whimper*  Anywho, I got to have a lovely time in Killearn on Saturday, although half the gang had been struck down with the lurgy, were off in exotic locations or were bunny-sitting.  I got all my baby clams marked up and a couple of lines sewn – I think this is going to be my monthly sewing day project until it’s done.  In other news, Cath from Cumbrian Long Arm Quilting has finished my big clams, and they were on there way back to me yesterday.  I will, of course, visit the pet carpark for a photo once it’s bound.  The other good news is that my new computer arrived yesterday.  I’ll be so glad to go back to the big screen with the white balancing (this laptop has a slight green cast on everything), I just have to install all the apps first!

Finishes This Week:

I got my February blocks done for the Rainbow Triangle Mystery BOM – they’re nice and simple, and pretty quick, but there’s 4 in each stack here!

In Progress This Week:

The orange part of this is now a ‘thing’ for Sew Now, just have to make the other 2 items in the set:

This little lot now have the top 2 rows done:

And I fused loads of interfacing to this lot.  I was kind of hoping the tropical theme of the fabric would make me feel warmer!

To Be Worked On This Week:

  • Finishing my Sew Now Project
  • Carrying on with the tropical project for QN (those parrots must make it warm up eventually, right?!)
  • Trying not to scream when it snows again…

Have a fab week all!
