There have been a few hints of spring round these parts finally, although it has defaulted to rain quite a lot too (well let’s face it, Scotland defaults to rain a lot no matter what time of year!).  Anyway, it warmed up enough for me to switch out the winter weight quilts for the summer weight ones – there’s still 4 on the bed though ;o)  This weeks’ sewing exploits included a commission project and going a couple of rounds with a shop over an incorrect order they sent when I needed the correct stuff to finish a Sew Now project in time to send it out this Friday!  Thankfully it arrived yesterday, so I should be able to deliver on time after all.  How has your week been?  Has spring sprung in your part of the world or are you coasting into autumn instead?

Finishes This Week:

I was able to hand over this wee commission project to my mum on Sunday after they’d finished dancing the weekend away.  The outside is laminate and the inside is the same fabric unlaminated, and I tried to harm as few pooches as possible in the making of this tote!

In Progress This Week:

This is the errant delivery, bet you can’t guess what it’s going to be!

To Be Worked On This Week:

  • Putting the finishing touches to the Sew Now project
  • Working out a few kinks in some potential upcoming projects
