We’re back to scorching temps round here, ‘Taps Aff’ weather to the locals (I’ll let you google that one ;o) ).  There are many lobster red people wandering around (we’re not built for this ‘sun’ thing, especially for extended periods of time – my Mauritian colleagues think it’s hysterical), but for the most part I’ve been hiding inside day jobbing for a good chunk of the weekend  although an hour in the park on Sunday has left me with some very random red patches where I apparently missed with the sun screen.  I did get a wee bit of sewing done though after the IG masses voted for me to continue my long neglected My Supersized Small World extension panel.  What about you, is it scorchio in your neck of the woods, and if so have you been taps aff or hiding?

Finishes This Week:

In Progress This Week:

Here are the top parts of the first 2 extension panels for My Supersized Small World.  They’ll both have ‘river’ bits below them, and I’m waiting on a bit more blue arriving before adding those bits.  Next I’ll move onto panel 3 which has some more interesting buildings than the housing estate I’ve just constructed!

And just in case you’ve forgotten in the last 3 years, here’s what the top half looks like.  The housing estate will be on the lower left:

To Be Worked On This Week:

I may get a cheeky wee few days away this week if my boss signs off on it, please keep your fingers and toes crossed!
