I have been sewing along with the Friendship Quilt Along with Amanda Herring Designs on Instagram, but this week, I’m one of the stops on the tour, and I’m going to show you how I made the Empathetic block using machine applique. The video is about 25 minutes long, and I apologise for the slightly odd background noises at times – it sounded fine on the camera when I was testing the playback, but on the big screen a few other things intervened unfortunately.
