In three days I will finally be on my summer holidays. Yep, you read that right, I’m clinging to the fact that it’s still (just) going to be September when I start, so it will be summer even if the calendar officially declared that autumn started a few days ago! I’ll be going to the west coast of Ireland, so I’m not expecting a lot of sun with my sea and sand, but I have a range of both indoor and outdoor activities on my list of options, and it’s not the day job, so it will be bliss :o)
In the meantime, as well as doing all the washing, packing and making sure I have all the last minute essentials, I’ve been rather frantically trying to get stuff done that has deadlines either when I’m away or soon after I get back, but as they’re all secret sewing, you’ll just have to live with some sneak peeks, sorry!
