Ahh, there’s nothing like a nice long weekend to kick off the summer. And that was nothing like… nah, just kidding. We got sun for some of Sunday and Monday was lovely, so I went for a 5 mile walk into town via the river and soaked it all in (the sun, not the river, that’s just nasty) Other than that, I got my Glam Clam practice mini quilted (after last week’s top finish won me a prize in the Glam Clam Finish Along, yay!) and I got back to the second half of the big project pile from earlier in the year, although I’m back to not being able to share that because of a swap, so…
In other news, there’s still a couple of spots left in the Basic Maintenance Class on the 26th June, just in case you haven’t seen it in my newsletter or on Instagram.
Finishes This Week:
Erm, I built a mini Lego helicopter
In Progress This Week:
Here’s my quilted Glam Clam mini – each full clam has a different quilting design, although it’s not terribly obvious in the pic below. I need to bury the ends and then trim and either turn into a cushion or bind, I haven’t decided yet:

I’m on making this pile into some things now:

To Be Worked On This Week:
- I’ve got a couple of quilts to baste on Saturday with my buddies in Killearn
- Continuing on with that pile of things
Have a great week all!
